Sales Policies
All prices quoted are in U.S. currency. Merchandise, product specifications, imagery and prices depicted are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at the time of order placement will apply.

Diamond Lustre works hard to ensure that every item we offer is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed - In the rare event that an ordered item remains unavailable to ship after 72 hours have elapsed, Diamond Lustre will inform clients via the email address or phone number entered on the checkout page order form.

Shipping Information
All shipping is done through UPS. UPS will only deliver to physical address and will not deliver PO Boxes. All orders are shipped via standard ground; however, customers are able to upgrade shipping to meet their needs at their expense. Diamond Lustre will ship to locations outside of the United States. Orders placed by 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Orders shipping outside of the United States will require one day of processing.

Refunds, exchanges, defects and cancellations
Incorrectly delivered items will be replaced by Diamond Lustre, including all shipping fees, if reported within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in same condition as received with all product packaging intact - returns missing packaging will be subject to a nominal repackaging fee.

Exchanges for client mis-ordered or for color changes are allowed if reported within 15 days of receipt, and received within 30 days. And only if item and package are in new condition - reshipping fees will apply. Client damaged or altered returns are not refundable or exchangeable - items received by Diamond Lustre damaged or altered will result in the client being notified, and given the option to purchase shipping to have the item(s) returned to them.

Defective items: If you believe an item you've received is defective, please phone Customer Service Dept 1-800-899-2833 with a description of the problem. Defective product replacements will not be credited to your account until the original item is received and tested. Once the item has been confirmed defective, and all components are accounted for, the credit will be posted to your account/credit card.

To return an item which you simply do not want, but is otherwise free of defects, is allowed within 15 days of receipt for a 10% restocking fee.

Returning product to Diamond Lustre
Call customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Return product, postage paid, and in original packaging, to the Diamond Lustre mailing address listed above. Include a brief note detailing the reason for return. Please insure, or require delivery confirmation on your return to avoid any issues. Product refunds will be issued via credit to the card used, or via a credit posted to your account. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Warranty
Diamond Lustre and our vendors warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for a specified period of time depending on the item.
